Tourist tax:

The tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day (for age 14 upward) is not included in the price of your stay, and has to be paid separately on site.

Deposit:

A deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay is required at time of booking. Your reservation becomes binding after receiving the deposit.

Cancellation policy:

  • You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 months prior to your arrival date.

  • Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month before departure: the deposit will be retained.

  • Cancellation between 1 month and 1 week before departure: 70 % of the total amount.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: 90 % of the total amountBei einer Absage innerhalb der letzten Woche vor Anreise 90 % des Reisepreises.

  • In the event of early departure, we still charge the total cost of the stay.

We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
